Traditional all-cotton coat made by Fashion Seal Uniforms. Style 423 is a full 41" long of Sanforized twill cotton. One piece back has two piece back belt with single plastic button closure. Coat has three outside pockets; none inside. Has side hand access slits to reach pant pockets underneath.

Fashion Seal 423 coat with cloth knot buttons is similar to Fashion Seal 420 which has conventional plastic buttons and no back belt.
